Jio Bharat 5G Set to Revolutionize Budget Smartphone Market in India

Mumbai: Reliance Jio is preparing to launch the Jio Bharat 5G, a smartphone that aims to bring affordable 5G to every Indian. Priced around ₹3,999, it promises powerful features at a price never seen before.

The phone will run on a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, offer 5G speeds, and come with a 5000mAh battery. It also includes a 13MP dual camera and an 8MP front camera for clear photos and video calls.

Jio Bharat 5G is preloaded with apps like JioTV, JioCinema, JioSaavn, and JioPay, making it perfect for entertainment and payments. The phone supports 18W fast charging and works well in both urban and rural areas.

Jio plans to launch the device in late 2025, with availability in stores and online. Exchange offers and EMI options will help more users upgrade from feature phones.

This phone could be a game-changer for India’s digital growth, pushing millions toward smartphone adoption and 5G access.
