Patna: Bihar’s ambitious Statewide Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls has achieved a major milestone. Over 7.24 crore electors out of 7.89 crore have submitted their Enumeration Forms, marking one of the highest participation rates ever recorded in India’s electoral revision history.
The SIR, launched to ensure no eligible voter is left out, focuses on inclusivity, accuracy, and full political involvement. From urban voters to youth, migrants to senior citizens, the campaign is touching every corner of the state and beyond.
