New Delhi: US millionaire and ‘age-reversing’ CEO Bryan Johnson has claimed that yoga guru Ramdev blocked him on X. This happened after Johnson commented on a video shared by Ramdev promoting Patanjali’s ‘anti-aging’ products.
The Video That Sparked It All
Ramdev, 59, posted a video of himself running alongside a horse. He promoted Patanjali’s ‘Swarna Shilajit’ and ‘Immunogrit Gold,’ claiming they boost stamina, improve immunity, and slow aging.
Johnson’s Response
Johnson, 47, responded critically. He pointed out that the air quality in Haridwar, where Patanjali is based, was poor. He claimed breathing in the city increased risks of heart and lung diseases.
Ramdev’s Reaction
Soon after Johnson’s comment, he found himself blocked by Ramdev on X. Johnson later posted about it, sharing his surprise.
Johnson’s Concerns About Air Quality
This isn’t Johnson’s first concern about India’s pollution. Last year, he walked out of a podcast with Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, citing poor air quality.
Johnson has been in the news for his strict anti-aging lifestyle, which includes specific diets and experimental treatments.
