New Delhi: A wedding in Delhi took a shocking turn when the bride’s father called off the ceremony due to the groom’s dance.
The groom arrived with his procession, and his friends encouraged him to dance. When the Bollywood song Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai played, he joined in with enthusiasm.
Some guests enjoyed the performance, but the bride’s father was furious. He found the dance inappropriate and disrespectful. Without hesitation, he stopped the wedding.
The bride was left in tears as the groom tried to explain. However, her father refused to listen. He also forbade any further contact between the two families.
The incident quickly went viral on social media. Many users had mixed reactions. One user joked that the father made the right decision, or he would have had to see the dance every day.
This is not the first time a wedding was canceled for unusual reasons. In December, a groom in Uttar Pradesh called off his wedding due to a delay in food service. He later married his cousin.
